Personal (Named) User Licenses are intended for software developers who wish to purchase a wallaby.js license for their own personal or professional use with their own funds. The license can be used on multiple computers, although the license may not be used to run wallaby.js on multiple computers at the same time.

Personal (Named) User Licenses are not to be purchased, refunded or in any way financed by companies.

Company Seat Licenses are available for purchase by companies intending to use wallaby.js for their business purposes. When a business purchases the licenses, they must purchase a Company Seat License for each developer in their company who uses wallaby.js. For example, if a company has 20 software developers using wallaby.js, they must purchase 20 company seat licenses.

Company Seat Licenses are issued as unique keys under the name of the purchasing company and it is not permitted under the terms of this license for multiple developers to use the same key at the same time. Company Seat License keys can be transferred inside the company. For example, if a developer leaves the company, the license key will stay with the company and may be used by a new hire.

All of the above licenses permit the perpetual use of the latest version of your purchased product at the time of purchase, and all new versions released within 12 months of license purchase. After the first 12 months, the license can be upgraded with a discount in order to receive support and access to new versions.

You may renew your existing license(s) with discount to get another 12 months of free updates.

For Personal licenses, go to the For Individual Use tab and Claim your existing user discount by providing your email address.

For Company licenses, go to the For Organizations tab and Claim your renewal discount by providing a comma separated list order numbers you wish to renew.

You are eligible for a discount up to 2 months after your license expires. You will receive a 50% discount on Personal Wallaby License renewals, or 10% discount on Company Wallaby License renewals. You will receive a 30% discount on Quokka Personal Pro or Quokka Company Pro License renewals. If you renew more than 2 months after your license expires then you will receive our returning customer discount (the % discount varies by license type).

If you want to upgrade your license to Wallaby + Quokka, your license will be extended to 365 days from the date of purchase at your existing license's renewal price. You will also be charged the difference for the normal price between your original license and the bundled license. The upgrade price will vary based on the number of days left before your license expires.

Please note that unless otherwise stated, when multiple discounts are applicable (e.g. renewal discount and student discount), only one discount will apply (the best discount will be automatically selected).

We accept Credit or Debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Wire Transfer payments.

If your card is not accepted for some reason, try using the PayPal option. You don't have to register or log into your PayPal account and may just use the "Pay with a Card" option in the PayPal popup.

Please note that:

• PayPal may not be available for your country due to country-specific restrictions.
• Apple Pay will only be available if making a payment using Safari browser with Apple Pay set up on your device.
• Wire Transfer payments may be converted from your currency to USD.

We provide quotes for Company license purchases. If you need a quote or would like to submit a purchase order, please contact us. Please note that we operate on NET-0/PIA payment terms, so the order must be paid in full before the license key can be issued.

When you purchase a new license, you are entitled to use all supported editors. Wallaby is available for use within VS Code, IntelliJ IDEs, Visual Studio, and Sublime. Quokka is available for use within VS Code, IntelliJ IDEs, and Sublime.
